Mr. Mohammed Alayed, Founder & CEO in Falkensee, Germany has developed a unique concept for Special area holiday houses and Urban Farming for generations to be located in Seehausen (Oberuckersee) area of Brandenburg located north of the city. The initial community will have between 20-25 apartments, Hotel with its facilities, Faming Research centre, and Camping area.

The world needs to creat a new profession, called AI vertical farming engineerin, and because it is a new science that depends on different scientific components, and a scientific method has not yet been created for it. Therefore, Varming GmbH is a purely scientific center and institute that creats scientific researches documented by many professors, each in his field of specialization.
